MEMBERS NOTICE – EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Society will be held at the Siskin Suite at The Telford Hotel, Sutton Hill, Telford, TF7 4DT and electronically on 17 December 2024 at 7:00pm to transact the following business:

1.To consider and if thought fit pass the following resolution as a Special Resolution, namely:

That the Articles of Association of the Society produced to the meeting be adopted as the Articles of Association of the Society in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the existing Articles of Association.
