Everyone at the Aberdeen-Angus Cattle Society would like to send our best wishes to Hayley Bruce as she embarks on her experience in Australia.
Hayley was the overall winner from three talented and enthusiastic young chefs who made the final of the Aberdeen-Angus Scotch Beef Award, run by the Society in conjunction with QMS as part of the World Angus Forum.
Hayley (20), who works at McBain’s Catering at Fortrose and Rosemarkie Golf Club, and will be spending a couple of weeks in Sydney where she is looking forward to working with executive chef Rob Daniels & team at the prestigious Old Clare Hotel.
