The National Young Stars Show took place yesterday at the Royal Three Counties Showground, Malvern, in which the Angus team ‘De Ja Moo’ took the Cattle Championship.

With fantastic prizes for young people in farming, Kian Frain from Launceston, Cornwall and Robyn Westcott from Exmoor, Somerset were overjoyed to win for the second year running.  The team was sponsored by Glympton Farms, who also supplied their cattle.  These youngsters have to prove themselves by designing a stand with information, dress their cattle, show their cattle, be interviewed and answer questions on livestock to various judges.  The points are added up and this Angus team came out on top.
