Evening meetings are being held at Castle Hotel, Huntly, AB54 4SH, on Monday 9th June at 6.30pm for a 7pm start and at Shetland Livestock Mart, Lerwick, on Thursday 26th June at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
Johne’s disease in cattle will be the focus of the meetings, Johne’s results in production losses as well as disease and death in cattle.
The format will be interactive with discussions on herd management stratedies, decision tools and enviromental management.
Content will be based on results of a recent study, the Paraban project, carried out by a team from SRUC, Edinburgh Vet School, Glasgow Vet School and the James Hutton Institute.
