January 2012-born Birches Lady Heather M026 from the Matchett family took the championship at Fermanagh County Show under judge John Appelbe, Co Cork, following on from her win at Antrim Show. By the Irish imported sire, Carrigroe Fred, she’s out of the successful show cow Mogeely Lady Hilda.  

Heather went further again taking the senior pedigree title and then the supreme interbreed championship. 

In reserve was Samantha Allen with her baby heifer Crew Lady Jazz R004. Born January, this one is by the AI sire Bunchy John G and is out of Cregga Judy.
