Everyone at the Society would like to pass on their condolences after long time member of the Society Joyce Dalton passed away after a suffering a stroke.

Joyce will be sadly missed by members of the Penwac Club and all the people that knew her. She was not afraid of telling you her valuable and passionate views and was renowned for her direct approach to many.

Funeral Details are below:

Joyce née Lockley On 16th September passed peacefully at her home after a short illness aged 84 years. Dearly loved wife of Raymond, loving mother of Philip and Joanne, dear mother-in-law of Jennifer, a much loved nanna and great-nanna. Dear sister of the late June and friend to many. Funeral service and interment will take place at Colton Church on Tuesday 24th September at 11.00 am. Family flowers only, donations, if so desired, to St Mary’s Hospice or Great North Air Ambulance Service C/O A G Clarke, The Ashes, Cartmel Fell, LA11 6NU Tel: 015395 31481.
