Online Entry: The entry system is now completely online. It is very quick and easy to use and if you have entered online before (under your name) the system should remember your details. Once you have completed your online entry, an entry confirmation email from Sage Pay will be sent to you so you can be assured your entry has been received and you also have a record of your order.
General Entry Information: Cattle exhibitors will no longer have two entry forms and two deadlines. All cattle entries must be made by Thursday 2 June. Exhibitors are required to enter at time of entry classes, book cattle standings and extra equipment stands. Animal specifics such as ear tag numbers, date of birth, breeding info etc. must also be given at time of entry.
If exhibitors wish to alter the classes entered or make animal substitutions after submitting their online entry, please contact the office. In the event that the Cattle section is oversubscribed entries will be accepted in the date order in which they are received. Again, if any details change after submitting your online entry, or you need to substitute an animal etc., please do get in touch.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Exhibitors are required to comply with current TB regulations. For those cattle coming from ONE YEAR ONLY TB testing parishes please note that it is required that all cattle, except calves under 42 days of age are tested within 60 days (from the date of the injection, which is day zero of the 60 day period) before this show. These requirements apply to any exhibitor involved in radial testing. Compliance with the pre-movement testing requirements is the responsibility of the owner/cattle keeper moving the animal(s).
If you are coming from a ONE YEAR ONLY testing parish you MUST provide a pre-movement test with a negative result for all cattle. Calves born on or before the 14 May 2022 MUST be pre-movement tested in order to comply with the 42 day testing rule. A copy of the negative test result MUST be submitted with your Cattle Entry or by no later than Thursday 2 June. If your test takes place after this date you must submit your negative test result no less than 7 days prior to your arrival to the Showground.
Your ticket pack will NOT be posted until we have received your negative test result. A copy of the certificate must also be available for inspection during the Show.
Cattle Caravan spaces must be reserved and paid for in advance. A Cattle caravan pass will be included in your ticket pack along with your other tickets and passes. There will be security and traffic management in all caravan and empties areas checking passes and parking exhibitors accordingly. We ask that you please work with these teams to make the parking process go as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Catalogue Vouchers: Royal Norfolk Show Catalogue can only be purchased in advance and will not be available for purchase on Show Days. The Show Catalogues are £5 each and can be purchased during the booking process under extras. A voucher will be sent with your tickets which you can then exchange for a catalogue at the Show. Catalogues will need to be collected from the Pig building.
Ticket Packs: Ticket Packs will be mailed out at least 2 weeks prior to the Show. Please check the contents immediately upon receipt. The Wristbands/Tickets and Vehicle Pass allocation is based on the number of animals entered in the Show which is detailed in the Prize Schedule. Security will be strict on arrival and VEHICLE PASSES and WRIST BANDS MUST BE DISPLAYED AND WORN to gain site access.
Prize Money: Prize monies and premiums will be paid by bank transfer only within 5-6 weeks following the Show. Bank details will be taken at the time of entry, so please ensure you enter the correct details. Payments will not be re-issued if incorrect details were submitted on the form.
