A summer of hard work and great fun came to its culmination this weekend as our Youth Development Programme finale took place at the Lough Allen Hotel and Equestrian Centre over in Drumshanbo in Ireland.
As always, our talented young participants showed up in their numbers and performed excellently, impressing the judges across the board as they competed in areas such as ringcraft, stockjudging, clipping and dressing, with the seniors and intermediates taking part in interviews and presentations respectively.
We must extend a huge thank you to Co-ordinator Tina Russell and the full team of regional co-ordinators for organising another excellent year for the YDP. We must also thank Niall McManus and family and staff at the Lough Allen Hotel & Spa for making us all feel so welcome and creating wonderful memories for all the young people present.
