The highly impactful final WAF 2025 youth training weekend was held this last weekend.

 

The British and Irish Lions World Angus Forum youth team had their final weekend of training, sponsored by Showtime Supplies, at the Rosemead Herd in Surrey and what a weekend it was.

 

A huge thank you to our hosts Angus Stovold ,Tom Beadle and Finn Stovold for an incredibly comprehensive weekend of training.

 

We are very grateful to Meurig James for his training on linear assessment.

 

To the trainers Joe Clarke and Jess Musk, who ensured that the clipping, dressing and showring craft was world class.

 

Tiggy Stovold who allowed the team to be let loose in her kitchen for a trial run of MasterChef and to all the Stovold family for letting us take over your house on mothering Sunday to fiercely debate the future of the beef industry.

 

Finally we would like to wish the team competing in the 2025 Zoetis World Angus Youth Competition huge support and good luck.
