- GREAT YORKSHIRE SHOW (Tuesday 14th – Thursday 16th July)
- ROYAL WELSH SHOW (Monday 20th – Thursday 23rd July)
- BERWICKSHIRE COUNTY SHOW (DUNS) (Saturday 1st August)
- BLACK ISLE SHOW (Thursday 6th August)
- NEWBURY (ROYAL BERKSHIRE) (Saturday 19th – Sunday 20th September)
- WINTER NATIONAL SHOW @ BORDERWAY AGRI-EXPO CARLISLE – (Friday 30th October)
The competition, with a perpetual trophy plus £500 prize money is based on points awarded to exhibitor bred cattle placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the Aberdeen-Angus section at ten selected shows which are nominated and vary annually.
